/kith make a party, ask a friend in, join when asked, leave when done; who lists the fire, colour paints your names, disband puts it out. underneath it is a vanilla scoreboard team with kith's own register as the truth on top, which is why it costs nothing: the game already refuses to let teammates hurt each other with a sword or an arrow, and one small rule covers explosions.

other mods ask kith before they hurt someone: the stake's shatter never bursts a kith-mate. and friends are not armour: your own tnt still hurts you, and a party buys you no protection from anything but each other.
